1. **Connect Your Frame** 💻: Attach your Digital Frame™ to your Windows or Mac laptop using the provided USB cable. Make sure the connection is secure. If properly connected, a notification saying “USB device is connecting now” will display on the frame.
2. **Access Your Files** 📁: Once the frame is connected, a driver folder will appear on your desktop. This folder can hold up to 1GB of videos or photos. Arrange them in your desired order for continuous loop playback. If you load a single file, it will continuously loop.
3. **Transfer Your Media** ⏏️: Drag and drop video files into the video folder, or add photos to the photo folder. Ensure your files match the frame's resolution of 480*854px and are in one of the supported formats: MP4, AVI, MKV for videos; JPG, BMP, PNG for photos. Note that video quality must be 720p or lower for optimal performance.
🌟 **Enjoy Your Media**: Once your files are successfully uploaded, you can disconnect the frame from your computer. Your videos and photos will now play back in an endless loop, showcasing your cherished memories. Feel free to update your media by deleting old files and adding new ones as desired.

Our screen features a built-in speaker and 1GB of internal memory for storing your videos. Please ensure your video files do not exceed 800MB for optimal performance. Once fully charged, the screen can loop your videos for approximately 2-3 hours.
Use a Type C cable to directly connect the screen to your computer for uploading:
Note: When connecting the Type C cable to your computer, ensure that the USB cable is fully inserted into the screen. This will allow your computer to recognize the screen properly. If not fully plugged in, the connection may only support charging without enabling data transfer.
